Come on, SPD! Haven't you learned by now? Someone is ALWAYS watching; and where there's somebody watching, there's usually somebody filming. While kicking the piss out of someone may be socially acceptable, racially profiling that piss is not. Automatically assuming that the piss you are kicking out of someone is Mexican is an affront to all other Latinos. What if the intended victim of the piss kicking is Honduran? or Colombian? or, God forbid, Argentinian? Each and every Latino culture is separate and distinct, and by automatically assuming that all Latinos are Mexicans, the Seattle Police Department really screwed the pooch.
