Although we haven’t been devout followers of "Lost" since the big to-do over what the show was actually about back in 2007 or so (we knew they were dead all along!), we actually did give our my Sunday evenings to watch the final episode. We can’t say that we were disappointed—nothing is more satisfying than proving ourselves right—but what was up with all the commercials? Jeez Louise! It was worse than the Super Bowl! And all those Lost-themed Target ads…? Puh-lease! If we didn’t know any better, we would think that the only reason the finale ran for two and a half hours was so the producers (and ABC) could milk advertisers dry one last time before launching the show into international syndicated reruns…
