Which country should the U.S. invade next?

Benvingut als teus somnis…o por los que hablan Castellano, "bienvenidos a tus sueños". That is what I would say to anyone I would recommend to the piece of heaven that is the traditional Catalan come rest of Spain known as Gaudi. Located in a quaint building on 55th Street in Seattle’s Ravenna neighborhood, Joan (or Juan) Luna and his wife Jo have carved themselves an interesting and indelible niche in the burgeoning array of Seattle culinary delights.
Their restaurant is at once a local and neighborhood feeling which transports you to a faraway place. Joan, a Catalan from Barcelona, and his wife are the core staff as Joan (pronounced Joe-ahn, the Catalan name for Juan, John, or the French Jean) is oftentimes the lone kitchen staff with Jo filling the role of bartender/waitress/emissary to the world of northern Spanish delights.
There are too many wonderful dishes to discuss the menu in its entirety, but what makes them stand out is the common thread of deliciousness which ties them together. The sauces are a wonderful thread. From the traditional Catalan Ali Oli-read: creamy garlic-sauce to the spicy garlic Salsa Brava, there is not a miss on the menu. I can say with certainty, as I have delighted in eating everything on the menu at least twice.
Here are my recommendations:
Tapas:
Tortilla, served with Ali Oli (A traditional egg-based dish, similar to a quiche Lorraine)
Bacalao, served with Salsa Brava (possibly the best thing I have ever tasted, a creamed cod which melts in your mouth as you delight in the sensation)
Croquetas, served with Salsa Brava (similar to the Bacalao, but with shrimp and with a light breading as opposed to the crisp fried cod exterior)
And a personal favorite, Tosta de Anchoas. As a child, my grandfather used to lecture us about the history of Anchoas (Anchovy) as a Latino cultural dish. I testify constantly to just how wonderful they are when done right. Gaudi gets it right.
Cenar:
The Paella, de Monte y Marinera, is absolutely wonderful. However I would recommend the traditional Fideua (Catalan Fideo), which includes clams, oysters, prawns and calamari.
When it comes to a combination of tourism via consumption and a down-home ambiance and experience, Gaudi is a hit.
